Introduction
ISI can design and operate all of a customer’s
enterprise processing platforms, including disaster
recovery, in its facilities or those owned by
the customer, to world class (ITIL) standards
and the most demanding service levels. Transparency:
ISI maintains full transparency throughout the
life of the engagement. We disclose every cost
incurred to deliver your service, right down to
our PI insurance premium, and the margin we make
on each component.
Transparency
This is pivotal to the longevity of our
relationship, the reason why any change is possible
and a truth test for the trust that exists between
us.
Flexibility
Flexibility must be inherent in the
delivery. Discrete contracts for hardware, software,
facilities and services components, coupled
with complete cost transparency and asset ownership
by the customer ensure total flexibility by
design. Our model and contract facilitate rapid
changes in scope to add or remove functionality,
technologies and responsibilities.
Control
Asset ownership is typically the domain
of the outsource provider. Unless demonstrable
sharing benefits exist, ISI places hardware
and software asset ownership with the customer.
ISI still design and manage the infrastructure
on a daily basis as if it were our own, but
the customer retains the control.
