ISI has developed an innovative service to provide specialised skills to clients that is both more cost-effective than traditional methods of engaging consultants as well as ensuring access to highly skilled consultants who are familiar with your site and projects.

ISI’s Virtual Workforce provides clients with a skilled, reliable team of consultants as well as opportunities for additional cost savings through resource planning, consultant rostering and streamlined administration processes. These teams work across our three hexagons, being Delivery Services, Development Services and Infrastructure Services.

Virtual Workforce Capabilities
ISI’s Virtual Workforce provides customers with the following capabilities:

Streamlining of procedures: clients receive one invoice per month for a fixed amount. Every quarter an adjustment invoice or credit note is issued;

Rostering and Consultant Leave: ISI manage consultant absences from the project to fit in with your peak and quiet periods. Consultants may also be rostered onto other sites during the quieter periods, allowing for cost savings but also ensuring your site experience and skills are not lost when peak times hit;

Quick access to skills: ISI has access to technical consultants across a range of skills. These can be made available to clients at short notice. The Virtual Workforce methodology also allows for consultants from other Virtual Workforce sites to assist during your peak periods as long as there are no confidentiality issues or conflicts
of interest.
