Independent Systems Integrators "ISI"
acknowledges and respects the privacy of individuals
and advises that information provided to ISI
is "personal information" as defined
by the Privacy Act 1998 ("the Act").
As ISI does not have its own approved Privacy
Code, ISI is bound by the National Privacy Principles
(NPPs). ISI will comply with the privacy provisions
in the Act applicable to private sector organisations
and abide by the NPPs in the legislation.
Any information being collected is for the
purpose of processing enquires, performing a
service to you following your engagement of
our service to you, managing your customer account,
keeping you informed of upcoming events and
assisting us in improving our service to you.
The intended recipients of the information are
ISI. The provision of the information is voluntary
but if this information is not provided, ISI
may not be able to process your enquiry or otherwise
effect the purposes for which the information
has been collected as specified above. Individuals
have a right of access to and alteration of
the personal information concerning them if
in accordance with the Act.
The information is being collected by ISI and
will be stored on our database. Under no circumstances
is the ISI database published, sold or accessed
by any third party. Whilst ISI does contract
out some of its services, any of the above information
will not be disclosed to any contractors without
the prior consent being obtained by any affected
individual.
In order for ISI to keep the information held
about an individual up to date, ISI should be
notified of any changes by the individual. If
at any time an individual wishes to access the
personal information held about them, they should
contact ISI.
